I love the random possibilities in every day; I always expect the unexpected.  Perhaps it's because I dealt with grieving families and funerals for so many years that I am acutely sensitive to the brevity of our existence on this side of the grass.  A family friend gave me some spot-on advice years ago:"Life is like a roller coaster; the older we get, the faster it goes."  If that's the case, we might as well do it with our hands up, right?  So here is where I share thoughts about what's worth an arm raise during the ride - as well as what's not.
